Unless requested otherwise, all orders are shipped via German Post and will arrive at your location by way of your location postal service. If you required rush shipping or special oversize orders, the following will apply.
Domestic Shipping (within Germany )

Depending on the situation, parcels may be shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS). Upon receipt of your order you will receive an automatic tracking number that is sent to your current e-mail address. This feature enables you to follow and track your shipment 24 hours per day. Delivery using this method typically takes 1-2 business days. This means that if your order is submitted by 15:30 time, it can be delivered as soon as the next business day (providing we have it in stock and the next day is a regular business day).

Additionally we may also offer shipping via DHL. In this case delivery typically takes 2-3 business days and if requested, we will provide you with a tracking number for this type of delivery service (used predominately with larger items such as bumpers).
(Large Parts or Large Shipments – Palletized)
For extremely large or heavy orders requiring a pallet, we will ship your order using one of our many competitive local and international shipping partners. This means that large items such as engines or even vehicles will be delivered directly to your home address (to the extent possible).
For our customers located anywhere in the world, we are able to offer you any of the above methods of shipping, large or small, light or heavy. Please ensure that you provide us with your complete delivery address when ordering. Should you prefer to utilize the services of an alternate shipping carrier, let us know and we will arrange delivery using them to the extent possible.
Shipping within the European Union as well as worldwide
Payment Methods
For payment of your order we are able to offer you the following options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – only available within Europe (includes ) Fast and easy payment upon delivery of your order. Simply pay the delivering carrier (extra charges may apply)
- PayPal E-mail us your payment using the secure PayPal method.
- Bank Transfer Transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours. No additional charges will be levied on our end and as soon as we receive payment, your order will be shipped to the address that you have provided. This payment method may be used regardless of where you reside worldwide.
- Gift Certificate/Account Credit You have the option of using the proceeds of a gift certificate or account credit to pay for your purchase. Additionally you may also purchase a Gift Certificate for someone else. This makes for an ideal Birthday or Christmas present. For more information refer to our section on Gift Certificates.
